According to the information spread on the Internet, the Armed Forces of Ukraine allegedly fired a missile at the ship Banglar Samriddhu (flag of Bangladesh), which was in the port of Olbia in Mykolayiv region, waiting for the landing of russian troops.
However, the missiles at the ship were fired by the russian navy forces.
According to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, on March 2 at 5.25 p.m. the russian naval forces carried out a missile strike on the ship Banglar Samriddhu (flag of Bangladesh), which was in the port of Olbia in Mykolayiv region. A Bangladeshi citizen was killed in the result of a missile attack.
The vessel entered the port on Feb. 23 and was waiting for loading at the parking lot №363 without the possibility of exit due to illegal navigation warnings about restrictions on navigation from the russian navy forces.
