The network is spreading a document dated March 16, 2022, allegedly by the head of the Odessa regional military administration Maxim Marchenko, the document states that certain schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, hospitals and maternity hospitals should be equipped as bases for defense, which means: to place anti-tank equipment and fire positions and engineering-sapper barriers. There is also an order in the document not to allow civilians to leave the humanitarian corridors.

However, the head of the Odessa regional military administration, Maksym Marchenko, did not issue or sign such a document.

On March 22, 2022, the Odessa Regional Military Administration denied information about the equipment of hospitals, schools, lyceums, etc. as strongholds of defense. It was stated there that the head of the Odessa regional military administration did not issue or sign any such order.

The administration also stated that such reports are created and spread by Russia, namely by units of information and psychological operations. Such fake information is created to sow panic and break the resistance of Ukrainians.
