FALSE: Biden almost fell asleep during the meeting with the President of Israel

Russian Telegram channels and media are distributing a video in which Joe Biden allegedly almost fell asleep during a meeting with the President of Israel.

However, Biden didn’t fall asleep, he just stuttered during his speech.

By keywords, we found the full video of the meeting between US President Joe Biden and Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog on July 18, 2023.

In the full version of the video, it can be seen that Biden is holding papers in his hands. Most likely, they had recordings for his performance. During his speech, Biden only stuttered once, but continued without any problems. Russian propaganda presented it as a “dream” of the US President.
