Roman Nitsovych Research Director, DiXi Group

Roman Nitsovych is the Research Director at the Ukrainian think tank DiXi Group. He coordinates research on Ukrainian and EU energy policy and organizes and conducts advocacy campaigns. He holds a master’s degree in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Friedrich Schiller University in Germany, graduating in 2010. In 2006, he also completed the Prometheus Program on Transition Studies at the University of Tartu (Estonia).

His areas of expertise include the gas market, the extractive sector, energy security, information disclosure, and transparency.
