Olena Pavlenko President, Think Tank DiXi Group

Olena has worked in the energy sector for over 10 years. She is the President of DiXi Group and the founder of the “Ukrainian Energy” website. She serves as Deputy Chair of the Multi-Stakeholder Group on implementing the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Ukraine and is a board member of the Global EITI for 2023-2026.

She began her career at the IFC in 1992. From 1994 to 1996, she was the Deputy Head and later the Head of the IFC advisory project “Small Privatization in Ukraine.” In 1996, she became the Head of the IFC office in Ukraine.

She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science.
