Dmytro Boyarchuk is the Executive Director of CASE Ukraine, where he focuses on fiscal policy analysis, the agricultural sector, macroeconomic forecasting, and advising government agencies.

He also serves as an economic advisor at GlobalSource Partners, Inc. and has authored articles for publications such as Forbes and Ekonomichna Pravda.

He graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
