Yurii Hanushchak Expert on the Territorial Organization of Power

Yurii Hanushchak is a Ukrainian politician, civil servant, and former Member of Parliament in the 6th convocation. He is recognized as an expert in local self-government and administrative reform. He has developed numerous legislative proposals related to local government reform, budgeting, and public procurement.

He is one of the architects of the theory of decentralization and the territorial organization of executive power. His work has been instrumental in implementing decentralization reforms in Ukraine.

He graduated in Economics from the Institute of Public Administration and Local Government under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and received further education in “territorial management” from the International Institute of Public Administration in Paris.
