Daryna Marchak First Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine

Daryna is the First Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine and the Chief Operating Officer of ProZorro.sale. She is also the head of the KSE Research Center.

She has led several reforms, including advocating for land reform, implementing electronic land auctions, and reforming the leasing of state and municipal property.

Previously, she worked as a correspondent for Investgazeta magazine and as an editor for Forbes.ua.

She graduated from the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) with a degree in Public Management and Administration.
