Co-founder and Senior Analyst at the Kyiv-based think tank “Ukrainian Centre for European Policy,” which focuses on Ukraine’s European integration by monitoring the progress of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement (AA/DCFTA), conducting applied research, and advocating for the implementation of reforms related to the AA/DCFTA.

His professional and research interests include EU integration reforms and Ukraine’s accession to the EU, monitoring the implementation of the Association Agreement, energy policy issues such as the European Green Deal, and reforms in the gas market and energy efficiency in the residential sector.
