Oksana Popruha Trade and Economic Department Expert at the EU Delegation to Ukraine

Oksana works as an Economic Advisor at the EU Delegation to Ukraine.

She specializes in macroeconomic issues and aligning Ukrainian legislation with European standards in areas such as capital movement, financial services, and intellectual property rights protection. Previously, she was involved in USAID projects, providing technical assistance to the Ukrainian government in building capacity for macroeconomic policy development and preparing short- and medium-term economic forecasts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a master’s degree in economics from the Kyiv School of Economics.
