This fake news emerged following reports that on June 12, the Russian nuclear submarine “Kazan”, which does not carry nuclear weapons, the missile frigate “Admiral Gorshkov”, an oil tanker, and a rescue tug docked in the Cuban capital.

At that time, the Russian nuclear submarine “Yuri Dolgoruky” conducted a training launch of four “Bulava” ballistic missiles from the waters of the White Sea towards the Kura range in Kamchatka. No such launches or exercises occurred near Cuba. U.S. officials say they currently see no threat from Russia in the Caribbean region but will continue to monitor its fleet.

We also found the video used for the fake news. It is a clip from “Voice of America”, which reported on Russian exercises in the White Sea in 2018.
