The information is spread on the network that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, while laying flowers at the Velvet Revolution memorial in the Czech Republic, allegedly reaches out with his leg to correct the Ukrainian flag, which has moved a little away from the monument. A photo was added to the post, which allegedly confirms this.
However, this is a fake. Volodymyr Zelenskyi did not touch the flag with his foot, the published photo shows the moment when Volodymyr Zelenskyi was walking away from the memorial and moving his leg back.

On the memorial, next to which the President of Ukraine stands, the date is indicated: November 17, 1989. This is the date of the beginning of protests in Czechoslovakia against the communist regime, which was eventually overthrown after 12 days of bloodless rallies. Later, these events were called the Velvet Revolution.
The President of Ukraine arrived in the Czech Republic on July 6 and published a video from the ceremony commemorating the struggle for freedom and democracy at the Velvet Revolution memorial. In the video, Volodymyr Zelenskyi is standing near the memorial together with the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Petr Fiala — we can see him in the screenshot of the post.
We found a full video of the laying of flowers in the Czech media. The photo shared on the Internet is a screenshot of the moment when Volodymyr Zelenskyi, having laid flowers and a flag, was walking away from the memorial, and part of the flag covered his leg. Then he pulled it out from under the flag. Zelenskyi moved his leg back instead of trying to correct the flag.
