Social media users, citing a New York Post video, are spreading claims that Volodymyr Zelenskyi purchased a $29 million mansion from American entertainer Bill Cosby. The purchase was allegedly made through the offshore company Film Heritage Inc in October 2025.
However, this is not true. This video was not shown on the Page Six Headlines program. Propagandists created a fake Page Six website. In reality, the mansion was sold to Seven Manor Holding LLC, not Film Heritage Inc.

Discrepancies with the original Page Six Headlines editions
The video shows the Page Six Headlines program logo, which typically features details from celebrities’ lives. It belongs to the New York Post media outlet. However, there is no video on the Page Six website or its social media pages with information about Zelenskyi purchasing a $29 million mansion.
In addition, the design of the video distributed by propagandists differs from the original Page Six Headlines editions. In particular, in genuine videos, the text “Page Six” appears in the upper right corner at the beginning of the clip — but it is missing in the fake video.

Also, in the propagandists’ video, unlike Page Six Headlines clips, the source of the illustrations is not indicated anywhere.
Fake Page Six website
A browser search using the English headline does indeed find this article on a Page Six website. However, it is a fake site. The original Page Six domain is https://pagesix.com/, while the site that published the article about Zelenskyi is https://pagesix.now/. A check using the Whois service showed that the fake domain was created on November 27, 2025, just a few days before the publication of the fake. That is, it was deliberately created to spread disinformation about Zelenskyi purchasing a mansion.

The article on the fake website referred to a New York Post piece about the sale of Cosby’s house. However, that New York Post article did not mention Zelenskyi or Film Heritage Inc.
The real buyer of the house
In September 2025, Bill Cosby indeed put his New York house up for sale for $29 million. Later, real estate industry media reported that the purchase deal was closed on November 14, not in October as stated in the fake video. The building was sold for $28 million.
In the automated information system of the New York City register (ACRIS), at the address where the sold house is located (18 E. 71st St.), it is stated that the buyer was Seven Manor Holding LLC, not Film Heritage Inc.
