During these 2 weeks, no laws were signed or regulations were issued that would change the rules of the game in the economy. In the previous round, the index was +0.5 points.
In the entire history of Reform Index since the beginning of 2015, the index is zero for the sixth time. This year we are recording such situation for the second time. The same situation was observed in March 2020 at the beginning of quarantine.
