What’s happening on the gas market illustrates well the inconsistency of Ukraine’s policy makers. The right things are said and it seems Ukraine is moving in the right direction, but while consumers are paying more and more, investors are not coming. The gas market remains non-competitive, the infrastructure is not being upgraded and losses are increasing.
