Mr. Thomas is an industrial economist and financial analyst with over 35 years of direct worldwide experience in business, government, research and teaching, including 25 years of experience in the appraisal industry in Ukraine. He is Special Advisor to the Rector of the Ukrainian-American Concordia University in Kyiv and holds an Honorary Doctorate in Finance.
