Ludmila Simonova a member of the Tangible Assets Board of IVSC and President of IRE Ukraine LLC

An American-Certified  Appraiser and Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) – the only Ukrainian citizen to be Certified as such. She serves as a Vice-President of the European Chapter of the ASA. She holds a Candidate of Technical Sciences (Ph.D.) degree in Civil Engineering.
