Angela Boci Deputy Project Manager of the USAID/UK Aid project "State-Owned Enterprises Reform Activity" (SOERA).
Previously, Angela Boci worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a Technical Specialist in Public Finance Management. She was involved in developing the Capital Budgeting Guide for local government units in Montenegro and participated in the development of Citizen Budgets for Pacific Island countries (Fiji, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Kiribati).
In her role as Deputy Program Manager for the USAID/DOBRE program in Ukraine, Angela oversaw its development, coordination, and implementation in 100 communities.
She was a program advisor for an USDOS initiative funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) aimed at combating corruption in Ukrainian communities. From 2013 to 2017, she served as an advisor to the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.
In addition to her work in Ukraine, she participated in international projects, including consulting for UNICEF on developing guidelines for program-targeted budgeting in Mongolia.
