
Anna Bilous Policy Analyst at the OECD
Anna Bilous worked as a Senior Consultant at the Centre for Strategy & Evaluation Services (CSES); later, she held the position of Public Sector Consultant at the World Bank, where she conducted a series of assessments on infrastructure management and state-owned enterprises as part of the Governance Global practice. She is currently a Policy Analyst at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Anna holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, where she studied development economics and international business. Upon completing the program, she received a full scholarship from the Cambridge Trust. Her research focused on analyzing the history and potential of aircraft manufacturing in post-Soviet countries from the perspective of social and economic development.
She has experience working in educational institutions. She is a lecturer in the “Development Economics” educational program at the Kyiv School of Economics.
