Jocelyn Guitton First Secretary at the Delegation of the EU to Ukraine

Jocelyn Guitton has been teaching macroeconomics in Sciences Po Paris since 2009. He has been working for the European Commission since 2007 (for its trade, competition and financial affairs departments).  Prior to 2007, he had various experiences in investment banking at Messier Partners (Paris) and Deutsche Bank (London). He graduated from Sciences Po Paris and Telecom Paristech.
