Oleh Zahnitko Integrites partner

PhD, partner of Integrites’ since October 2015.
Before joining Integrites office in Kyiv, Oleh had co-headed Ukrainian banking and finance team at Gide Loyrette Nouel (2014-2015) and Beiten Burkhardt (2005–2014). At the beginning of his career, Mr. Zahnitko has also worked at various positions, including senior research fellow, at the Economy and Law Research Institute(National Academy of Science of Ukraine) and Donetsk National University (1996-2001).
Oleh Zahnitko graduated from Donetsk State University with degree in Commercial Law, John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois, USA (LL.M in Comparative Legal Studies) and obtained a post-graduate degree (equivalent of Ph.D) from the Institute of Economic and Law Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
