Ridvan Bari Urcosta is a human rights activist, political scientist, and member of the Crimean Tatars International NGO “Bizim Qirim” in Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine. He holds an MA in Political Science from Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University. An expert in the field of foreign policy of Russia. He graduated the Estonian diplomatic school in 2015 . Worked at the UN agencies as a civil servant, researcher in various NGOs. Published in various Ukrainian and foreign editions.
