Taras Kachka Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade Representative of Ukraine

Taras Kachka is the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, where he coordinates the development of proposals and the implementation of decisions to protect the economic rights and legitimate interests of national producers.

Previously, he served as Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine. He was the Business Ombudsman at the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (on a voluntary basis), led the “Ukrainian Reform Media Center,” and was part of the Target Team for Tax Reform at the Ministry of Finance.

He holds a master’s degree in law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and studied at the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw.
