Yaroslav Kudlatskyi Expert at CIVITTA

Yaroslav works as an expert at the consulting company CIVITTA, where he is involved in project research and the development of the center.

Previously, he was the head of the healthcare research center at the Kyiv School of Economics and a business analyst at ENERGOALYANS-SERVICE. He is an expert on healthcare reform.

From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a chief specialist in the Department of Tariffs and Regulation of Natural Monopolies at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

He holds a master’s degree in law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
