Kyiv’s “Small Architectural Forms,” or The Economics of a Kiosk

How pressing is the problem of illegal installation and operation of temporary structures?


According to various estimates, there are between five and six thousand illegal “small architectural forms” carrying on trading activities in the territory of Kyiv. The Kyiv School of Economics has interviewed employees of these outlets, so as to evaluate how important these points of sale are for the life of our city.
