Did political crisis impact the efficiency of Ukrainian government? If so, which ministries had been the most vulnerable? VoxUkraine evaluated all ministries in the 1st quarter 2016, during which the prime-minister position was shaky. Analysis of three components – execution of the program, expert evaluation and public survey – shows that all ministries lost their efficiency during the political crisis. Which ministries had been working better in the uncertain environment?
