Demographics against the Pension Reform: How Much Time Left for the Reform?

As of January 2016, there were 830,000 of people in Ukraine that were below the retirement age threshold, yet received the so-called “early” pensions. The average retirement age in Ukraine is 8 years lower than in the EU countries. In the meantime, the demographic prospects are not good. How can Ukraine evade the collapse of state finance and ensure a decent life for the elderly?
