Verification within Meta’s Third-Party Fact-Checking Program
The photos of the alleged order of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces to capture the territories of Volyn and Lviv regions are being spread in the network. This document was allegedly published by the Central Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

However, this is a fake. Ukrainian intelligence did not publish the order, and the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces said it had not issued it.

The order was allegedly addressed to Grzegorz Grodzki, the general of the Sixth Airborne Brigade of the Polish Armed Forces. However, from the beginning of April 2022, he is not acting brigade commander and is in the personnel reserve. It was confirmed in a comment for tvn24.pl by the Polish Ministry of Defense. The date indicated on the document was April, 27.
There is a logo of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on a photo, it is applied to documents that are received and published by the intelligence. However, the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine did not publish information about such an order on any of its official pages.
