The reform of the antimonopoly policies and the convergence to the European standards of protecting competition is not only one of the biggest commitments of Ukraine within the Association Agreement framework. It is also an important signal for potential investors. Why? Because one of the first questions that investors pose before investing billions in Ukraine’s economy is whether they can challenge the decisions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in courts.
