Woodworking Industry: Ways to Protect and Develop It

Studies of the consequences of the current moratorium on unprocessed timber export are an extremely popular topic actively discussed by mass media. This is evidenced by a series of articles published on Ukraine’s leading information platforms (in particular VoxUkraine). At the same time, wider coverage should be given to using internationally practiced tools to protect domestic woodworkers within the framework of existing trade agreements. Our study addresses this subject, aiming to form a set of trade protection measures to ensure growth of Ukraine’s woodworking industry.
