We are pleased to announce several personnel changes in our think tank. According to the results of an open and competitive selection process and the Supervisory Board’s decision, from December 1, Maksym Skubenko will hold the position of Executive Director (CEO) of Vox Ukraine. Vox Ukraine’s current executive director, Ilona Sologoub, will take over the science editor position, where she will continue to oversee the quality of our research and publications.

Maksym Skubenko joined Vox Ukraine in 2015 and became VoxCheck project head in 2019. He also does fact-checking for Forbes Ukraine and analysis for the TV show “Countdown” on “UA:First.” In the past, Maksym worked as an auditor for OTP Bank Ukraine, and this year he was included in the Annual Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

From December 1, 2021, Svitlana Slipchenko will be acting head of VoxCheck. For the past few years, Svitlana has been Deputy Head of VoxCheck overseeing fact-checking, the internship program and the interns’ community.

We congratulate our colleagues and wish them success in their new positions!
