Dmytro Goriunov Senior Economist, Centre for Economic Strategy

Dmytro Goriunov has been doing economic policy analysis since 2000. First, he did this as a journalist and an editor. His latest and longest job in journalism was in daily business newspaper “Economic News”. He headed Authorities, Finance, Economic Policy and World departments, and during 2010-2015 the publication itself. At the beginning of 2016, Dmytro joined Better regulation delivery office (BRDO) as chief economist. He is a coauthor of green books on price regulation, compulsory insurance and access to common pool resources.

In 2019 he moved to Small and medium enterprises development office (SMEDO) under the Ministry for development of economy, trade and agriculture of Ukraine. He is the primary author of SME Report 2018-2019.
