Volodymyr Dubrovskyi Senior Economist at CASE Ukraine

Volodymyr is a Senior Economist at CASE Ukraine, specializing in macroeconomics, political and institutional economics, and economic reforms.

His work focuses on analyzing issues related to privatization, corruption, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as potential obstacles to Ukraine’s institutional harmonization with the EU.

He has worked with the World Bank, UNDP, GDN, OECD, Chatham House, and within international technical assistance programs for the governments of Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.
