In January, a video of disputes by Volodymyr Omelyan, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Wojciech Balczun, CEO of Ukrainian Railways, and Volodymyr Groysman, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, made headlines in the Ukrainian segment of the Internet. What happened? First, after the report of Balczun to the Cabinet of Ministers Omelyan publicly criticized him for his poor performance. Then, Groysman criticized Omelyan for his unfair criticism of Balczun. Balczun objected to Omelyan that he’s trying to save the situation in Ukrainian Railways, and the Minister’s rhetoric is unpleasant to him.
