Oleh Kulinich, a Ukrainian MP, is convinced that the introduction of a fully functioning land market will linger in limbo for the next few years. Opening the market could hit approval rankings of some political forces on the eve of parliamentary elections. He believes that it would be best to launch the land market gradually, in the way that is currently considered by the Ministry of Agriculture.
