The Vox Ukraine team congratulates The Reform Index project leader Tetyana Tyshchuk on being elected to the Civil Oversight Council at the Bureau of Economic Security (BES). The fact that Tetyana received nearly 5,000 votes not only demonstrates recognition of her high-level expertise but also trust in the principles and standards of our analytical center’s work.
For over six years, Tetyana Tyshchuk has been heading the Index for Monitoring Reforms project that aims at informing the public about the pace and depth of the country’s reform process. Tetyana also teaches macroeconomics and policy assessment courses at the master’s program on public policy and governance at Kyiv School of Economics. She has worked as a senior research fellow at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, at the National Institute of Strategic Studies; worked in various capacities at the Ministry of Economy and the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. Tetyana holds a doctorate in economics from Donetsk National University (2002), an engineering diploma in information systems management (1997) and a law degree (2006).
According to NGO Vox Ukraine’s policy for managing conflicts, Tetyana will not participate in assessing reforms directly associated with the activities of the Bureau of Economic Security.
